A: A lot of things I guess, I just started working 5 months ago. So I'm still very new to my job and my position. To give you a specific answer, I guess I need to improve my personal skills, like communicating with my co-workers and my boss. When you work you get to meet so many different people, different age, different backgrounds, different educational levels, different styles of communication. So we really need to know how to speak, to know how to speak with each other, they are all very different. I guess I also need to improve my technical skills because sometimes I have to do calculations and I need to remember government regulations. So ya, I need to improve my personal skills and technical skills.
2. Q:Are there rights being used in this company?If yes what are they?
A:Yeah, I guess. I think if we're talking about this company compared to the other companies, I think they really take care of me. For example, when I work overtime they'll pay for my dinner and for my transport back home so it's a nice bonus. They give you things for you to do your job properly. They give you insurance, lunch money sometimes they give you bonus if you come on time.They also have this annual company trip, so last year they went to Singapore. All of the employees went to Singapore, so I really feel that they take care of you here.

A: Do I want more salary? Yes obviously, but am I okay with my salary because I think even though I'm working here I think I'm also learning, and by learning I make mistakes like very often, so you don't want to pay me too much salary because I will make mistake and I'm still a beginner.

A: Well I spend all my day in my desk because my work involves a lot of computerizing so I only work in my desk.

A:Normal time, no. I work abnormally because the nature of my position is that it is project based. So when you have a lot of projects, then naturally you have to spend more time at work. So sometimes I have to work for twelve to fourteen hours a day, and the normal time is eight to nine hours a day. But it's not everyday, like when we have new projects that I can go home on time. Resting, yes because I have the weekends. I guess I'm okay it's also because I'm still very young so I don't have kids yet. So I'm okay with my working time.
6.Q:How frequently do you receive recognition from you manager?
A:I will say not that often. I will say I have a very nice manager, but first thing is that he's not in the office very often because he's got a lot to take care of. So I don't meet him everyday. And second of all, I think it's just a matter of personality. I know when he's happy with me but he doesn't express his feeling by saying "You did a good job!" or "Thank you for doing this!". However, sometimes he smiles and you kind of know that you did a good job when he gives you some kind of look. A: I think in this company we have what we call company regulations. In the company regulations it consists of the rights of the employee, the employer and your obligation. So everyone knows what they are expecting from other parties. So everyone can read it-every employee and anyone else. So we have in a form of a book and we also have it in the article that we put in our website. So what is the workers rights in the company? There is a lot first of all about the working time. We have a 40 hours working time per week, so like 8 hours per day. And then by doing that of course they will get paid, will get salary, they will get allowances and if they perform very well, they can get a bonus, the workers can have a leave. So every year each of them will have days that they do not need to go to work. I think the objective from the law is to give them a break so they will not be tired from their work. They can go to their families and so on and so forth. So I think that is the second right. The other right is I think we give our female employees the right get a leave for 3 months and more when they deliver a baby. I think in terms of the compensation we always try to ensure that the salary level is equivalent to what other companies pay them, otherwise our staff will move to other companies. So in that sense I hope they're satisfied with their compensation. Some will always think their salary is little and they need to get more. Same as you like when your mom gives you money to buy food you will ask them "Why only this much?" like what I did. But I think if we're talking about the maternity leave I think that's government regulation. In terms of the leaves I think they are happy because when I started working here like 2 years ago, I tried to improve the number of days. So I think it used to be 12 days in one year but now after I join it is 20 days. Also we are also thinking about the rights of the employees to pick up their children from school and have some fun with them. And so that's why we have flexible working hours. Before I join this company we had to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and now they can choose. If they come to the office at 7 they can go home at 4, 8 to 5, 9 to 6, 10 to 7 so it depends on your business if you have to drop your kids at school first then you can work from 9 until 6. Even further in this year we have started something called working from home, so anyone can work from home they don't need to go to the office they just work from home. If they have any meeting they can use Skype for business. So we do that.

So any time that I would like to rest I can do it, any time I want to have a break I want to get some coffee downstairs in Starbucks just stop working and go there. If I need to do something I can take my break, so ya. Do you get enough time to rest? Yes of course like I mentioned to you we get the days off of course you can go abroad with your family. I can go to my hometown in Makasar so ya.

A: I feel great about this company because one, this company is a very big company of course if you work for something prestigious you will feel proud of yourself and your company. The second one, this company delivers service to a lot of people you know because it's a life insurance company. We help people in their most difficult time. Like when someone passed away we will pay their claim, if someone go to school and they have an investment with us they have like a educational insurance then we will help them. So secondly I think we help people, helping people comes from our passion actually so I am passionate in helping people. So working in a company that helps people will fit with my values. Thirdly I think in terms of achievement I think we achieve a lot, last year we are one of the best companies performing in 2016 so ya. A:I think we have one team here that we call corporate real estate, so if your taking about working conditions meaning physical conditions like rooms, stationeries, the desks, the telephones and so on and so forth we have one team that manages that. So any time that a staff feels like "oh my room is full of cockroaches" for instance or "my microwave is full of worms" then they can call this team and this team can manage the working conditions. I think one more important thing that maybe you should now when you are working in the future is not just physical working conditions is important but the environment, the culture in the company that makes you happy is also important. So what we do is we invest on training our leaders our managers. So they can develop their staff and make the staff more engaged in the company and also so they can feel happy because even though maybe the room is a little bit hot but you are working with someone you like, someone you can trust, someone you know has the passion to develop or make you smarter, then you will be happy to work with them. So I think that that's my answer if you ask me yes or no I will say yes I very rarely hear complains about working conditions. And if there is something like that then we will very fastly try to solve it. Give you one example, like a couple of months ago you know microwave right and you know our staff comes from different religions. At one time there was someone who warm the food and I think it contains pork. And then some people complain why the microwave warm pork because we also need the device that tool but we cannot eat any pork even the smell or something like that. So what we do is we bought another microwave, so microwave for non-Muslim and microwave for Muslim. Another example, you know when the mom give birth to the baby they need to give milk to the baby. So we have here what we call nursery room it's the place where the mom can pump the milk and keep them in the bottle. We provide them with the machine, they need a refrigerator we bought them a refrigerator. They tell us the room is too small and dark not nice so we expanded the room. So that's how you can see we care about the working conditions of our staff. So let me tell you one more fact, so the most critical time in working for a women is after delivering a baby because in that time they are really fragile and they decide whether they need to continue working or they will focus on taking care of their children. So we need to make sure whatever they need after delivering their baby when they come back tot he office is here for them so ya.
